Print-only orders are usually produced and dispatched within 1–2 working days, and framed prints take up to 10 working days as they’re made to order.

Once dispatched:

• UK delivery: usually 1–3 working days

• International delivery: typically 2–5 working days, depending on location
  In rare cases customs may extend delivery to 7–14 days, but this isn’t common.

Yes, international shipping is available worldwide. Orders are sent using a tracked courier service and normally arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, and all orders include tracking.

Unframed prints are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or an equivalent tracked postal service, depending on location). Smaller prints are shipped flat between protective boards, and larger prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube to keep them safe in transit. Framed prints are shipped by a tracked courier (usually DPD, sometimes DHL depending on your address) and arrive fully assembled and ready to hang. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Giclée simply means the artwork is printed with long-lasting pigment inks on archival art paper. For this collection, the prints are made on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm, a beautiful soft matte fine-art paper with a gentle texture that holds colour and detail extremely well. This is not poster paper. It is the same standard used for gallery prints and fine-art reproductions, so your piece will look vibrant and stay that way.

If you choose a framed print, it comes in a solid wood frame with a conservation grade white mountboard that gives the artwork space to breathe. The print sits behind crystal-clear acrylic glazing, which is lighter and safer than glass while still looking just as clear. Frames are available in Black, White or Natural, and arrive ready to hang.

Prints are carefully packaged, but on the rare chance something arrives bent or marked, just send me a message through the contact form and upload a quick photo. I’ll arrange a replacement without any fuss.
