Thank you for supporting independent art. Every piece at Kind Owl Gallery & Print Shop is made to order with care, using professional fine-art printing processes.
This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
Made-to-Order Artwork
All prints are produced individually once an order is placed.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size or frame
Realising the artwork does not suit your space
Please check product dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing or manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the packaging and artwork
Once confirmed, a free replacement will be arranged — there is no need to return damaged prints.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If the wrong item arrives or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Lost Parcels
If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace the order free of charge.
Colour and Material Variations
Colours may vary slightly depending on device settings and screen brightness.
All prints are produced on calibrated archival equipment, but small variations in paper, mount size, or timber framing are considered normal and not faults.
Cancellations
As prints are made specifically for each order, cancellations cannot be made once printing has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible — we will try to help where timing allows, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
Damaged items
Printing or manufacturing defects
Lost or incorrect orders
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once confirmed.
