This website (kindowlgallery.co.uk) is owned and operated by Kind Owl Gallery & Print Shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kind Owl Gallery & Print Shop.
We offer fine-art prints and related goods subject to the Terms of Service outlined here.
2. Eligibility
To make a purchase, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information at checkout
Use a valid payment method
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, error, or misuse is suspected.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change without notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed — in rare cases an item may sell out before your order is processed. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or PayPal (where available). By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.
5. Order Processing & Fulfilment
Orders are printed and fulfilled on demand using a professional fine-art printing service. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if printing has begun.
6. Shipping
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your artwork. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Because each print is made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Full details are found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of the packaging and product within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.
If an order is lost in transit, we will assist in locating it or arranging a replacement once the courier has investigated.
9. Copyright & Usage Rights
All artwork, designs, text, and images on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of John Withey / Kind Owl Gallery & Print Shop.
Purchasing a print does not grant reproduction, resale, licensing, or commercial rights.
You may not:
Copy, scan, or reproduce artwork
Use images from this website for commercial use
Sell, download, or distribute digital assets without permission
10. Product Colour & Variation
Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and the fine-art printing process. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
