Production Time

All prints and frames are produced to gallery quality using archival papers, inks and conservation-grade materials.

  • Print-only orders: Printed and dispatched within 1–2 working days

  • Framed prints: Hand-assembled to order and dispatched within up to 10 working days

Please note: during seasonal busy periods, production may take a little longer. Your artwork is printed, trimmed and packaged with care at every stage.

Shipping Time

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped directly to you.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: Royal Mail Tracked 24 — usually 1–3 working days

  • International: DHL courier — typically 2–5 working days depending on location
    In rare cases customs can extend delivery to 7–14 days, but this isn’t common.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Rates

UK: £5.95 flat rate for orders under £100. Free delivery on orders over £100 (automatically applied at checkout).


International: Europe £12–30 depending on size; USA & Canada £25–45; Australia, New Zealand & Rest of World £60–80.


All orders are shipped with tracking whenever possible.

Packaging

Prints and framed pieces are packed securely so they arrive safely.
Framed prints arrive ready to display or gift.

Tracking

Most orders include tracking.
If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in your dispatch email.

Sometimes tracking takes a day or two to update while the parcel moves through carrier systems. This is normal, so please do not worry if the link does not show progress immediately.

Delays

Very occasionally, delays may happen due to courier backlogs or customs checks.
Thank you for your patience while your artwork makes its way to you.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please get in touch using the Contact page and I will help straight away.

Replacements are arranged promptly once the issue is confirmed.

International Shipping and Customs

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country.
Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
